Units > Unit of stresses
Selection of the unit of stresses used in the GUI and in output listings. This unit is composed from a length unit and a force unit.
Note: The force and length units used for output of stresses and those for output of forces and lengths themselves need not necessarily be the same. However, it is recommended to use consistent units.
In order to get more clear and better readable results lists, stresses are often defined in a deviating unit (e.g. MN/m, kN/cm2, N/mm2).
